The Barlow brothers listed here are sons of the John Barlow (1784/95-18 ) of VA or NC lineage. From DNA testing, we've learned that our own William Henry Barlow (Barlar) lineage and the John Barlow lineage are closely related, and further, that both family lines descend from the Isle of Wight, Virgina Barlow lineage.
